Insurance
Insurance is a cross-platform mobile app for an insurance agency based in the United States, giving policyholders a single place to view their policies, digital ID cards, payments, claims, and roadside assistance. The team built the app in React Native for iOS and Android, covering the customer journey from finding an account to managing an active policy on the go.
Account access
The entry flow lets customers locate their account by phone number, email, or policy number before signing in. Registration, password recovery, and biometric unlock with Face ID or fingerprint keep returning users a tap away from their coverage.
Home dashboard
After signing in, a home screen gathers the main services as quick tiles — ID card, roadside assistance, payments, find an agent, policy, explore products, get a quote, and claims — so policyholders reach any task in a single step.
Policy details
The policy screen shows the policy number, coverage period, and active status alongside account details, listed drivers, and insured vehicles. Customers can review their coverage and update their account information without calling the agency.

Digital ID card
Policyholders can pull up their insurance identification card on demand and keep proof of coverage on hand. The card is available as an HTML view, a PDF, and an Apple Wallet pass, so it is ready whenever it is needed.
My agent
Each customer sees their assigned agent with a photo and direct contact details. From here they can call, email, or jump to the agent locator to reach the nearest office.
Find an agent
A Google Maps view plots the agency's branches, with search by ZIP code and a list of nearby offices showing address, phone, and opening hours. Customers can spot the closest location and its details on a single screen.

Roadside assistance
When something goes wrong on the road, drivers can request roadside help or call the agency directly, with the request tied to their insured vehicle. Later releases let customers choose which vehicle needs help and pulled the assistance phone number from the API.
Claims
After an accident, customers can report a new auto claim or request an update on an existing one, with the option to call an agent at any step. The claims flow runs through a secure webview so reporting stays aligned with the agency's back office.

This release focused on faster sign-ins, more reliable support, and better insight into how customers use the app.

Insurance II
The 2024 rebuild moved the insurance app off Ionic and onto React Native, giving policyholders a single mobile home for ID cards, roadside assistance, policy management, quotes, and bill payments.
