Cross-platform mobile and web products
Solar Digital, a design and development agency from Odesa, and Moonion build cross-platform mobile and web products together, taking each one from a first working version to a steadily growing product. Their mobile work is built in React Native for iOS and Android — as in the insurance app that gives US policyholders a single place for policies, digital ID cards, payments, claims, and roadside assistance. On the web side the teams work in React and TypeScript, as with the Relocate to the UK community platform, delivering fast, scalable interfaces that stay easy to use as new functionality is added iteratively on top of the MVP.
Successive delivery over big-bang launches
The Solar and Moonion teams favour successive delivery — shipping a solid first version, then expanding it release by release. The insurance app moved from an Ionic rewrite in React Native to biometric login, an Apple Wallet ID card, and a cashback program, while the Relocate to the UK platform grew a real-time community feed, member profiles, and personal dashboards for its Q&A community.

The 2.0 release paired a major platform upgrade with a new rewards program and a reworked roadside assistance flow.
- Upgraded to React Native 0.81.4 for the 2.0 version
- Launched the Way cashback program, with benefit redemption and content served from the API
- Reworked the roadside assistance request flow
- Pulled the assistance phone number from the API instead of hard-coding it
- Added a vehicle list and vehicle selection when requesting roadside help

Insurance III
This release focused on faster sign-ins, more reliable support, and better insight into how customers use the app.

Insurance II
The 2024 rebuild moved the insurance app off Ionic and onto React Native, giving policyholders a single mobile home for ID cards, roadside assistance, policy management, quotes, and bill payments.

The project aims to save the user's time, which previously might have been spent searching for scattered information in various sources. Now all the necessary information is collected in one place, which makes the process of planning and preparing for the move more convenient and efficient
