Enchant Christmas
Enchant Christmas is a seasonal holiday event — billed as the world's largest Christmas light maze and village — combining millions of lights with a skating rink, live entertainment, dining, shopping, and visits with Santa across multiple North American cities. Moonion has been Enchant's long-running software partner, building the guest ticketing and self-service platforms, the Santa Calls mobile app, the vendor operations portal, and the Enchant Portals platform behind the experience.
The Santa Calls app
Moonion built Santa Calls, an iOS app for live, personalized calls with Santa Claus. The experience is built around two roles — one person performs as Santa while the recipient answers an incoming holiday call — with real-time video powered by Twilio, call states, timers, and media controls.
The app lets callers personalize Santa's appearance, scene, and voice, find recipients through contacts and invitations, pay for premium calls with credits and shareable codes, and keep photos and videos from each call in a Memories gallery.
Enchant Portals
Moonion also built Enchant Portals, a suite of operator and business-to-business web portals behind a single sign-on. It brings together promo codes that power Enchant's promotions, group and bulk ticket sales, a corporate gifting flow with Stripe payments, and a notifications portal for managing email communications to ticket buyers — each as its own admin and client portal that the Enchant team runs season to season.
