Enchant Ticketing & My Account is the guest-facing web experience Moonion built for Enchant, covering the full path from purchasing a visit to managing it after checkout. The work combines the public ticketing funnel with the My Account self-service portal: live availability, regular and flex tickets, add-ons, promo and referral flows, Stripe payments, magic-link sign-in, order changes, VIP upgrades, waivers, cancellations, refunds, and multi-seller theming across Enchant brands and seasonal venues.

Public ticketing funnel

The team rebuilt Enchant's public ticket-purchasing flow on Next.js and React, connected to live Enchant and Ticketure APIs. Guests move from a live-availability calendar into ticket selection, with regular admission, special events, early-bird flex tickets, bundles, and venue-specific ticket rules handled in one responsive funnel.

The early-bird flex path lets guests buy first and choose a visit date later. The team built the location picker, schedule-your-visit calendar, date and arrival-window logic, and price-range display that connects flexible purchases back to a concrete visit.

Promo codes, add-ons, and referrals

The funnel validates promo codes, passcodes, golden-ticket rules, and referral credit at checkout. Around the main tickets, guests can add options such as ice skating, parking, Paws n Claus, Premier or Fast Pass upgrades, visit protection, and seasonal bundles with live availability and pricing.

Checkout and payments

Checkout combines Stripe card payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, Google Maps address autofill, order review, PDF confirmation, and brand-specific success flows. The same funnel is themed per seller and domain across Enchant, Coca-Cola, Jingle, LVS (Las Vegas), and seasonal venues.

My Account self-service portal

After purchase, guests use My Account to sign in with email or a magic link and manage an order without contacting guest services. The portal shows current and past orders, ticket details, confirmation information, waivers, referrals, profile settings, and brand-specific dashboard content from shared configuration.

Order changes and upgrades

The team built post-purchase flows for adding more tickets, moving a visit to a new date and arrival window, upgrading existing tickets to VIP or Premier access, and adding extras such as ice skating and parking. Each flow recalculates the order before confirmation and respects live availability, ticket rules, and seller configuration.

My Account also covers cancellation and refund flows, waiver handling, referral credits, checkout fallback paths, and seller-specific magic-link behavior. What started as a single-brand portal grew into a multi-seller platform with themed configurations for Enchant, Coca-Cola, LVS, Tacos & Tequila, and other seasonal experiences.
